If you book directly by making a booking request, you will get an invoice with the total amount of the price. The full amount of the price has to be transferred in advance and it will immediately beeing reserved.
No refund will be made unless the provider cannot guarantee the accommodation.

It is required to send a copy of the identity card(CI,Buletin,passport) of every guest for the arrivals and departures announcement sheet.

Between 01.06-31.08 the saltwater-jacuzzi is included in the price and yes private. Before and after if available only after request.
Dolce Gusto coffee machines awaiting you in the houses with a range of selected capsules at cost price.
At the Teepee in the Kitchen-Teepee is a french press with ground coffee ready to be used.
For the campfire and grill at the teepee you can collect wood in the nearby forest.
For the stove in dreamcatcher use the provided ones(depending on the season +30 Lei).
For the smoker its recommended to buy charcoal.
In Dreamcatcher you got a wash-dryer at your own disposal (first laundry gratis, extra laundry +15Lei)
As a guest of the Mobilehome and Teepee you can hand it out to us (service +25Lei)
Everywhere free WIFI is available. The speed range is from Dreamcatcher Starlink up to 400mbits, Mobilehome up to 120mbits, Teepee up to 40mbits
Coming up to Tomantic youˋll follow an 8km asfalt road.
To the Mobilehome, further 150m on fieldroad driveable with every car.
To the Teepee and Dreamcatcher further 2km on fieldroad, aswell driveable with a normal car.
In winter when theres snow(Dreamcatcher) youˋll have the option parking at our house monitored with cameras and either using an off-road Suzuki Samurai or ATV to reach the house.
There are no dangerous wild animals in the surrounding. You can observe, deers, foxes, squirrels, badger, many birds as fasan and more.
Aswell for the safety we work with security systems.
Do not expect a hotel room with 25 degrees, but it is equipped with an electric blanket, more blankets and a fan heater.
At hot summerdays an air-conditioner cools you down.
Thereˋs an inner cotton layer called ocean to protect you from the rain.
Yes not far from the Teepee is a washhouse with sink for washing up dishes, sponge, soap and separat cabins for toilet and shower.
